Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays, loss, damage, or issues caused during transportation.
Responsibility for the shipment is transferred to the carrier once dispatched.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost by the carrier, please contact the shipping company first. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund in such cases.
